DREAMING
Through Talleres for Dreaming, Encuentros and Intercambios, we aim to create spaces where our biggest, boldest, most audacious dreams can be fully realized.
Talleres for Dreaming are performance labs at the intersection of art and activism that explore the insurgent possibility of collective dreaming through facilitated conversations, curated gatherings, and art-making workshops that honor the lived realities, daily practices, rooted wisdoms and embodied knowledge of local communities.
UN TALLER FOR DREAMING
ENCUENTROS & INTERCAMBIOS
Our artist exchanges are designed to create spaces for artists to dream with other artists, where they can be in deep conversation with each other about their craft, practice, and process. Our encuentros and intercambios have included residencies with Blanka Amezkua and Veronica Castillo, Tanya Orellana and Virginia Grise, Marguerite Angelique and Arielle Rosales, Virginia Grise and the Regenerative Research Center in Mexico.
The Paris Hotel Fellowship is a one year fellowship for queer emerging artists of color. The fellowship is tailored to the individual needs of the artist and includes a $5000 stipend, one on one mentorship, professional development and growth opportunities. Artist Lydia Jialu Li 黎珈璐 was awarded the 2024 Fellowship.
